Our Mission
At 224_uk (NPP), we believe football is more than a game — it’s a platform to bring players, families, and communities together. What started as a small local project with just 4–6 players training in small group sessions has grown into something much bigger. Today, we have over 100+ young players from across West Yorkshire involved, and our vision is to see this movement expand across England, Wales, and beyond.
What we do
We run tournaments, coaching sessions, and community programmes built on three pillars:
• Developing Players – giving young people the chance to sharpen their skills in competitive and structured environments.
• Uniting Communities – using football to bring together families, friends, and supporters under one shared passion.
• Creating Pathways – offering exposure and opportunities where talent can be spotted, nurtured, and developed.
Who We Are
We’re proud to say NPP was born and raised right here in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Growing up in this city, football has always been more than just a game — it’s been a way to bring people together, to keep the youth active, and to give everyone a space to belong.
NPP is about creating regular 5-a-side football for all ages and genders. It’s not about business, it’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, and giving the next generation a positive environment to grow.
We want to see Bradford’s talent shine, and we’re here to support the lads, the youth, and everyone who loves the game. This is about football, but it’s also about community — and together, we’ll make sure there’s No Poor Performance.
At NO POOR PERFORMANCE (NPP) we specialise in hosting some of the most exciting 5 a-side football tournaments where we aim to create an amazing atmosphere where talent is recognised and success is celebrated on and off the pitch. Our tournaments are all designed to encourage players from all spectrums and levels of abilities to get onto the pitch and express themselves. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a passionate player who’s never played for a team before. For every tournament hosted teams will be competing for a chance to win the top prize reward. In addition to the main prize, we will also be offering bonuses to the team that dominates and claims 1st within their respective city.
